A Nigerian LNG producer opened a new administration building and needed video conferencing in every meeting room, with maintenance and support under one contract.

The problem
Multiple meeting rooms across a new building had to join the corporate video estate on day one, with one accountable party for faults and upgrades.
Our approach
Telvida designed the room systems, implemented them floor by floor and took on maintenance and support under the same contract, with a Nigerian Content execution plan.
The outcome
Facilities went live in 2023 with Telvida engineers on call, followed by closeout and handover.
